The Supreme Court declared the court mustn't have permitted "prior-lousy-act proof" which led the jury to get unfairly prejudiced towards Randolph. though Randolph was billed along with his second wife's murder from the '80s, he was acquitted via the jury, and all records were expunged. Four of Randolph's wives were by now dead when he stood trial
